Tender for Maintenance Of Hygienic Ambience At The Surrounding Utilities Areas Of D Chamber And 64 Inch Dia Palta-Tallah Main Valve Chamber Within Igwtp.-- 1 PART-A 2 Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared) 3 Surface dressing of trhe ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed 4 Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem above 75 mm. but not exceeding 150 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. 5 Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (b) Medium size plant of girth of exposed stem above 75 mm. but not exceeding 150 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. 6 Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (c) Large plant of girth of exposed stem above 150 mm. but not exceeding 225 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. 7 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete 8 Cleanning and removing conservency garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank drain and compound including cutting loading unloading to and from truck or cart by mathor labour & removing the same to any distance 9 White washing including cleaning and smoothing surface thoroughly. All floor, (b) Two coats 10 Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. 11 Sum of Basic Prices (Sl No-1 to 7) 12 GST @ 18% onthe Sum ofSl.
