Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means). All kinds of soil.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete.

Painting on wal surface as per following specification:-(A) Painting over prepared wall surface with water based glossy paints of premium quality of approved make two or more coats after primer coat.(B) Art painting on wall surface complete in all respect up to satisfication of Engineer-in-charge including cost of labour, materials etc completed.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. in all kinds of soil.

Supplying and stacking of good earth specific useful for plantation at site including royalty if any and carriage (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

22 cm thick dry stone pitching without quarry spall with individual stone of 22 cm depth and minimum size 0.014 cum complete.
