| 3 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1Cement of 43grade OPC: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate) using 20 mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality and cement is of ACC/ Birla A1/ Ultratech or any other approved brand including shuttering, leveling, ramming, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 {1 OPC : 1.5Coarse Sand : 3 stone aggregate} grade, using 20mm and down graded stone aggregate of approved quality, cement of brand ACC/ Ultratech/ BirlaA1/ Jaypee or any other brand approved by EIC,in Lintel/ Beam/ foundation and plinth, walls etc. including thecentering, shuttering, levelling, ramming, consolidation (mechanical means), curing, (excluding cost of steel reinforcement) etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by theEIC. |
| 5 | Providing, transporting, placing in position TMT bar reinforcement steel of grade Fe500D/550D of approved make viz. VIZAG/ SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL or any other brand approved by EIC, for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, and welding wherever necessary, providing cover blocks etc all complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC. |
| 6 | Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel members of SAIL/VIZAG/JINDAL/TATA or an approved brand for railing, ladders, brackets, embedded parts using M.S.pipes,angles, channels, beams, plates, flats, rounds, cleats including cutting, grinding, welding, bolting and applying a coatof red oxide primer& two coat of synthetic enamel paint all complete as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing fencing with G.I. barbed wire to angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles (Cost of posts and concrete work to be paid separately) including removing of old damaged barbed wire and handed over to sectional store. Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 8 | Removing and Dismantling barbed wire in fencing on the compound wall including making rolls and stacking and handing over to the sectional stores., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 9 | Providing required men, material, tools & tackles for Grass cutting all along the compound wall (i.e.area between compound wall and peripheral road in other areas up to a width of 3.00 meters from the compound wall) and removing of creepers on the compound wall and barbed wire fencing up tothe exisitng height of the compound wall and the same shall be disposed to the dumping yard in colony etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 10 | Felling of Trees of girthMeasured at a height of one meter above ground level including cutting of trunk and branches and staking of servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials etc. to the burning yard (within a week after cutting) complete as per Specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
