The work of re-erection of 33 KV Damage Line of Alona Pump Canal under EDD, Banda- 1 The work of re-erection of damaged 33 KV Line due to damage by theft from 33 KV ALONA PUMP LINE at Vill. Mawai (Backside), Jamalpur Road Near at Shri Tulsidas Tiwari Farm Land, Gahra Bridge under 220/132 KV Sub-Station, Banda (Block Badokharkhurd) as per Sanction Package No. 01/BND/M&R/2025-26, dt. 03-11-2025 under M&R (O&M) HEAD Year 2025-26 at EDSD, PAILANI under EDD, BANDA-RURAL, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Safely cartage of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long from ESC to site of work. 3 Cartage of line Material Viz. Weasl conductor/Dog conductor, GI Wire Cross Arm, Earthing, Cable, Stay, channels, clamps etc. 4 Erection, fitting, fixing & Grouting of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long as single pole structure with HT/LT fitting of all accessories, including replacement of damaged poles & required new additional due to damage/theft. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). Arrangement of all grouting material related to work, by contractor at his own cost. 5 Erection, fitting, fixing & Grouting of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long as double pole structure with fitting of all accessories HT/LT, including replacement of damaged double poles , if any, due to damage/theft. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). Arrangement of all grouting material related to work, by contractor at his own cost. 6 Laying and sagging of ACSR of Dog/Weasel conductor, including with all material as per site requirement due to damage/theft. 7 Erection of stay at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESPO Norms alongwith nozeling & bindeing stay set, stay. 8 Ordinary earthing by 33 KV MS earth rod 2500 mm long as per RESSPO norm. 9 Straightening of tilted single support as 8.5/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Pole at various places. 10 Re-sagging of loose conductor of 33 KV/11 KV HT/LT lines at various places. 11 Supply & fixing of 33 KV F-Bracket for fitting top insulator as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 12 Supply & fixing of 33 KV X-Arm Holding Clamp with nut-bolts as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 13 Supply & fixing of Nut-bolts & washers of required size as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 14 Supply & fixing of MS Top Channel as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 15 Supply & fixing of MS Dropper Channel as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 16 Supply & fixing of Bracing Angle with clamps as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 17 Supply & fixing of Clamp for channels as per RESSPO norm (provided by contractor at his own cost). 18 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 16 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
