BSR to site 5 Pilffer ressitant metering cubicle from ESC. BSR to site with the help of Crane. 6 TVM 11 KV 7 Cable 3x70/3x120/3x185 sqmm 11 KV XLPE with the help of Crane. 8 Cable LT ABC of sizes 9 Carrage 25/63/100 KVA TF 10 Carriage of All line Material from store to j.es store at Sub station as ACSR Weasel conductor, GI Wire, Earth Wire. M.S. Chanel, Angle, Stay & Earthig Rods, Barbed Wire. Disc Insulator & Pin Insulator etc. 11 Erection of Single support including complete 1 I.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 12 Erection of Double Pole support including complete 1 I.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Grouting of Single support shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone ballast, etc. as per actual size requirement, as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Grouting of Double pole support shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone 15 Grouting of D/P for installation of CT/PT unit & T/F shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 =30x3030 cms. including the 16 Febrication cutting Hole Angle Channel etc. 17 Fixing of Stay rod with Stay wire in proper way with Nozelling. 18 Mounting & Installation 25/63./100 kva T/F on the double Pole 19 Grouting of Stay rods. 20 Fixing of earthing rod. 21 Laying of 3x70/3x120/3x185 sqmm 11KV XLPE cable putting sand around the cable Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including 22 Laying, sagging. Stringing and binding and jumpering of ACSR weisal, rabbit, dog newly erected poles as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Supervising 23 Laying, sagging.
