Supply and fixing of looking mirror 5 mm thick superior quality make saint Gobain/Modiguard with teak wood frame and ply wood 6 mm thick commercial quality on back complete as per drg. Table shall be set rightand repolished with French polish in original teak shade after properly preparation of surface by applying putty and smoothened with ambry paper. Make:-Jindal 62 Cutting of existing broken long rails and converting into short railsduly threaded on both sides, Nos of short rails shall be measured. 63 Cutting of existing broken short rails and converting into legsduly threaded on both sides and should be welded with two support for FMN rod, Nos of legs shall be measured. 64 Supply & Fixing of GI elbows 3 way 32 mm dia ISI marked having weight not less than 440 grams each complete in all respects as specified and directed. 65 Supply & Fixing of GI check nuts 6 mm thick 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 66 Supply & Fixing of GI cups for bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed. 67 Supply and fixing of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm of length equal to width of ply wood/GI Charpoy, bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix it tightly to GI Pipe with nut, bolt and washers of size 62-65 mm and 6 mm dia including necessary drilling into GI pipe and fixing the top portion of flat iron all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 68 Supply and fixing of new ply wood 12 mm thick BWR exterior grade ISI marked of suitable size as per Drg No FD-220 fixed to GI Pipe frame with GI nut, bolts 6 mm dia, 62 to 65 mm long with washers complete including tightening the frame all as specified and directed by GE/Engr in charge. Make of ply wood: Greenply/Kitply/Centuryply with IS 303. 69 Chair CB Steel with Arms :- Repair to Chair CB Steel with Arms including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. The chair should be painted byproperly smoothening the surface with sand paper and applying primer with two coat of spray painting, hammer tone paint Ist grade colour as approved by GE.Rest all as directed by GE 70 Removing of old bottom seat form chair CB Steel & replacing with new 50mm, 40 density cushion to be fixed on 12mm ply with support of two nos of MS flat to be welded at bottom of chair. Leatherite Fabric with cost not less that Rs 250/- RM as approved by GE. Ensure all cushions are property upholstered and thoroughly clear rest all as directed by GE. 71 Removing of old back seat form chair CB Steel & replacing with new 50mm, 40 density cushion to be fixed on 12mm ply with support of two nos of MS flat to be welded at back of chair. Fabric material with cost not less that Rs 250/- RM as approved by GE. Ensure all cushions are property upholstered and thoroughly clear rest all as directed by GE. 72 Supply and fixing of new Arms made out of teak wood. The arms to bepolished in original teak shade after proper cleaning and smoothening the surface with embry paper and to be fixed with 2 nos of nut and bolt. Rest all as directed by GE. 73 Supply and fixing of new PVC shoes with superior quality as approved by GE. 74 Repolishing of under mentioned furniture in original teak shade after proper cleaning and smoothening the surface with embry paper. Gaps/cracks in the furniture shall be filled with wooden putty where necessary. One coat of lacker polish shall also be provided to get proper glow and shine in the furniture after providing 2 coats of French polish.
