Tender For Certain Repair/Maintenance To Adm Bldgs Of Army Units Under Age (I) Cif (K).; 1 Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specifiedand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. . 2 S&F GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out ofGI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long includingsupplying and fixing 8mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 S&F 2nd class soft wood boarding, 15mm thick, as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation over 12 mm thick plyboard runner including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satification of Engr-In-Charge. 4 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings. 5 S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 6 S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. 8 M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account. 9 M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account. 10 Dismantling boarding as in partition wall, screen wall of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified. 11 S&F Anodised aluminium(powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as in partition wall, fixed type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M&L 4mm thick aluminium composite sheet with decorative colour and fixed with screw or aluminium beading to aluminium frame, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 S&F Plain sheet glass, 4 mm thick as in aluminium frames, selected quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specifiedand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 S&F 10mm thick toughened glass as in hinged door, partition, automatic doors and similar work including cutting shape, drilling holes, grinding/polishing and rounding off edges of glass, including providing and fixing door handle , hinges, hydraulic foundation of ISI marked,logo/hallmark and other fixing arrangment required etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 15 S&F Vitreous China Water closet one piece of size (WxPxH) 365x650x760mm white with P or S trap, Model- LAUREN of Make - Somany Bathware, or of equivalent item of Make- JAQUAR, ESSCO,PARKO, ORIENT etc as approved by Engineer in charge.
