| 10 | (ix) M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel red-oxiedof approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) |
| 11 | (x) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Storage Module, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green). |
| 12 | (xi) Welding work wherever required as directed by EICNOTES:-(i) Painting/Polishing work shall be carried out all around on the complete exposed suraface including internal parts like shelves, drawers, stiffners, partions etc, with spray painting process.(ii) Newly reaplced parts shall be traeted with one coat ofprimer before Painting/Polishing work and cost of the same deemed included in the rate of these items.(iii) Cost of removing of all dent and correcting of deshaped profiles shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of these items.(iv) Surface and site shall be made neat and clean by the contractor.(v) Contractor has to visit at site before quopting tender, Tenders may be noted that amount of creadit will be deducted from the amount arived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.(vi)Work Shall be carried out within the areas ofAGE (I) R&D Haldwani,DIBER Haldwanior in the furniture yard of BSO as Specified and directed.(vii) Repairs will be carried out in furniture yard an different locations fall under AGE (I) R&D Haldwani. (viii) Duration of the contract : - 06 months. |
