Tender For Provision Of Of One (01) High Mast Light At Residential Complex At Diber Haldwani.; 1 Contract Details 2 Supply& erection ,testing and commissioning of galvanised 16M high mast pole in two section suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 08 luminaires in symmetrical arrangement alongwith raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector,LED type single dome aviation obstruction light with polycorbonate enclosure type BGAV302 , integral power tool motor,manual handle, junction box, lightning finial , Wiring material from Junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment ,foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template including outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals incuding construction of foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour alongwith erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour(the cost of wiring material from Junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are included in qouted rate) . Note:-Foundation for 16 mtr High mast pole as per manufacture design and recommendation. 3 S&F LED Flood light fitting 200 Watt, with surge protection 4KV inbuilt in driver and minimum 10 KV separate, IP66 having Pressure dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, individual LED lenses complete making connection with suitable in size of wire. (i) The driver should be potted ant vibration type system lumen efficiency should be 140 lumen/Watt. NOTE:- (i) Depth of hole shall be 1 Metre below the top surface of Road / hard standing. 13 M&L for GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches flxed to walls, poles, under road/floor etc for cable protection complete allas specified and directed.
