Providing and supplying of outsourcing one number labour for following operations in office and the residential complex of AMD premises, for : Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including Cutting of designer hedge / edge, Topiary cutting / shapping of plant, removing of cut materials hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Note-1: General Notes1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates.3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc..6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursableon production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
