| 1 | Receivingday to day routine complaint slips of sewage complaints for cleaning the blockage of Floor/Nahani trap, Indian/European type water closet, gully trap by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by using cleaning rod and Toilet cleaner till achieved the clear flow of water and finally cleaning with flush water, making good joint with white cement complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge and depositing the complaint slip back duly signed by Users and MES Rep for satisfactorily attending the complaints complete all as specified and as directed.Note - (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for detecting fault including minor additions and alterations and materials in existing buildings as required to make the same serviceable fixed at the same place or other as directed at site. (ii) Complaint slip shall be provided by the contractor duly printed with CA No & Name of firm as per format given by Engr in Charge and the cost shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (Note :-In absence of the MES Rep payment will not be allowed during running/Final payment.)(iii)All necessary tools & plants reuired for clearing blockage etc shall have to be provided by contractor at his own cost. |

The sludge/ solid content obtained from manholes/ Septic Tanks should be deposited after digging earth pit at a separated place/ area n.exc 50 mtr away and after deposition, the pit should be covered/ re-filled with earth/ sand with 30cm Depth (Min) and spreading Bleaching powder @ 0.50 KG per sqm surrounding upto 1.0 M radius from outer face of pit and repositioning the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed. |
