Repair /Reconditioning of Attack tank/Digestion Vessel Agitators :After getting the clearance transport the damaged agitators of Attack Tank/Digestion Vessel to the repair bay, Cut, grind, and remove the end dummy with a grinding machine. Full and thorough cleaning of agitator shaft and blades.Inspection/DP testing of all weld joints. Prepare the necessary jig, set the agitator on the jig on the horizontal axis with a spirit level, and repair / replace the worn out/damaged blades and hollow shaft portion with HV9/904L plate as per drawing/instruction of Engineer in-charge. Grind and prepare the end dummy and corroded/defective weld joints. Welding the dummy and corroded/defective weld joints, grinding and finishing the joints and DP testing the weld joints. Transporting the repaired agitator to a location as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Removal of scrap and site cleaning.

Full and thorough cleaning of agitator shaft and blades.Inspection/DP testing of all weld joints. Prepare the necessary jig, set the agitator on the jig on the horizontal axis with a spirit level, and repair / replace the worn out/damaged blades and hollow shaft portion with HV9/904L/SS 316L plate as per drawing/instruction of Engineer in-charge. Grind and prepare the end dummy and corroded/defective weld joints. Welding the dummy and corroded/defective weld joints, grinding and finishing the joints and DP testing the weld joints. Transporting the repaired agitator to a location as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Removal of scrap and site cleaning.
