Cutting/removal and splicing of furnace tubes/releaser tubes and /or plugging if required. OR surface preparation of boiler tubes welding joints (repair welding) of the same. 100% radiography and hydrotesting as per scope of work.

Rate for additional leak if noticed.In case of additional leak identified other than the stated above, carry out the work as per SI.No 1 .

Removal of refractory brick, casting, calcium silicate block, mineral wool, etc. and refixing the same afterthe welding and rewelding of casing plate.

Cutting/removal of casing plate for identifying the leak and refixing/welding of the same.
