(i) Material and Labour for surface preparation by removing all unsound concrete by chipping on all affected areas till reinforcement bars are exposed and sound concrete is achived. (ii) The exposed reinforcement bars to be cleaned throughly with wire brush with a bright state. (iii) Application of rust remover to remove the complete corrossion from the reinforcement. (iv) Applying zinc rich based anti corrosive coating by brush on rebarsand also spinkle sharpsilica sand after application just when it is tacky including new rebars with anchoring / welding /binding. (v) Applying bond coat between new and old concrete for affective bonding with SPR Lated Modified cementitious bond coat over the exposed reinforcement in ratio1:1 to 1:1.5 of polymer and cement. (vi) Applying polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic repair mortar of thickness15 mm. (vii) Applying cement plaster mixing with SPR@500 ML per bag of cement will be plastered in CM 1:4 in ceilling/beams/columns etc., (viii) Applying water based curing compound by brush or by roller for better curing.

M & L for R.C.C A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 M20, 20mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.etc.complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for form work to side of RCC Member such as columns, pillars, roof beam and roof slab etc., and the finishing shall be of fair finished surface of square rectangular or polygonal

Supply and fixing of mild steel 10mm Dia and overcut to length, bent to shape required, reinforcement deformed or twisted bars including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.(RINL-VIZAG Steel/SAIL/TATA-TISCON/\"BIS\"MARKED, Primary Manufacturer) or Suitably Equivalent Make.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces.

M&L for applying two coats of white washing on ceilling fair faced brick/concrete surfaces including preparation old ceilling surfaces complete all as directed

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall (make shall be of JK white care putty or Birla White wall care putty) or Suitably Equivalent make.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion on external wall surfaces (two storey building ) all complete preparation of old surface.
