Fabrication and Replacement of Return idler holding brackets (750,1000,1200series)Fabricate the return idler holding brackets as per sample with bolting arrangements. Dismantle damaged brackets and refix with newly fabricated Brackets

Replacement of damaged Impact/troughing Idlers.(750,1000&1200 series) Dismantle the damaged impact/Troughing idlers from position and reposition with serviced/new impact/troughing idlers. Transport the damaged idlers to scrap yard.Collection ofNew idlersfrom C D store and transporting to W.Island is under the scope of contractor

Replacement of damaged Return Idlers.(750,1000&1200) Dismantle the damaged Return Idlers. from position and repositionwith serviced/new return idlers. Transportthe damagedidlers to scrap yard. Collection of New idlersfrom C D store and transporting to W.Island is under the scope of contractor

Repairof idler frames( 750,1000,1200) Repair of conveyor S/A idler and Idler frames(including dimantling and refixing ) as per instruction of engineer in charge for different conveyors at Q-10 area.

Replacement of Idler frames.(750,1000, 1200Series) Dismantle the damaged idler frames of various conveyors and refix with new frames. Transport the damaged idler frames to scrap yard Collecton of new frame from C D store and transporting to W.Islandis under the scope of contractor
