To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the documents for the period of 365 days from the date of acceptanceApplicablity of the SSR shall be as under :-(a)MES SSR Part-I 2009 (Specifications) together with amendment No 1 to 3(b)MES SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates) together with amendment Nos. 01 to 122 (c) Work Order will be placed only upto 45,00,000.00 by adjusting percentage adding to or deducting as quoted by the contractor and contractor will not have any claim on this account later date.TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT NAD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD
