M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in areaexc 400 sqm, n.exc 50 deep removing and depositing to low lying area all as specified.

Laying and compacting 75mm thic (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and cxonsolidating to required gr4adient and camber complete all as specified and directred.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder (paving bitumen ) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directred.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced Wet Mix Macadamsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at Per 10 Kg/Sqmall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradientusing paving bitumen any penetration complete all as specified and directed

Repair to potholes, any depth, not exc. 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @5 Kg/ X sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) 9.80 Kg per /10 Sqm.blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings @ 6.03mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.
