No. 1,2,3 & 4. Total Losses @50% Load not more than 1354W and Total Losses @100% Load not more than 3909W includingand shall comprise of the following:-(i) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rod, complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (ii) One cable box on LT side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rod, complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iv) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (Silica gel). (v) Explosive vent (vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (vii) One number 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having max perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (viii) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip for earthing of neutral body.(ix) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(x) Oil level gauge(xi) Oil drain filter valve. (xii) Lifting hooks.(xiii) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (xiv) MS wheels 04 Nos with lock pins including making of plinth for transformer are required on ground and as directed. (xv) Oil temp/winding temp lubricating with marshaling box. |
