Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep and removing the same to a distance 50m and stacking where directed and sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying Cationic bitumen emulsion i.e. CRS-1 /CRS-2 at 10 to 15 degrees Celsiusof of approved grade conforming to IS 8887-1978 by spraying using mechanical means complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MORTH (5th Revision) @ 5 Liters per 10 Sqm and providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm thick (consolidated )thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all a specified and directed.Note : Work to be ordered in patches at different location / roads in AoR of AGE B&R I. The rates quoted inclusive of work in patch manner.

M&L for providing premix bituminous madacam using paving bitumen any penetration, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness more than 75mm) complete all as specified and directed.Note : Work to be ordered in patches at different location / roads in AoR of AGE B&R I. The rates quoted inclusive of work in patch manner.

M&L for prepaing existing black top surface by wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping wth brooms and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust/dirt etc and applying Cationic bitumen emulsion i.e. CRS-1 /CRS-2 at 10 to 15 degrees Celsiusof of approved grade conforming to IS 8887-1978 by spraying using mechanical means complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MORTH (5th Revision) @ 5 Liters per 10 Sqm on existing block top surface and providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm thick (consolidated )thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all a specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs plastic Glass Beads Reflectors Cat Eyes made of body materials ABC plastic size 117mmx117mmx23mm reflector 19 or 20 BI glass elements on each side with compressive strength upto 35 tonnes yellow colour body with reflector fixing by epoxy all as specified.

S&F in repair delinator of following specifications:- Made out of 75 mm dia GI pipe with total height of 900 mm black colour powder coated 100 mm HI intensity reflective taping at top and three bands of 25 mm width white reflective tape on pipe metal zali to protect HI intensity reflective taping also arrangement for grouting at bottom.

S&F in repair solar road stud of size 125x125x 25mm with shank of 60 mm aluminium alloy shell with 03 LED oneach side with compressive strength upto 20 tonnes fixing by epoxy all as specified
