(vi) No addition labour payment shall be entertained for replacement of any exclusive part of plant.(vii) All type of valves including float valve, quick fill valves, drain valves and other associated items like gear box, strainer, eliminators if found faulty will be provided by the contractor at no additional cost (viii) Repairs of FRP Cooling Tower/basin and replacement of HUB, blades of fan, fills, nozzle and distribution channels if found necessary will be done by the contractor at no additional cost (ix) Cleaning the vegetation/ shrubs around the plant upto 30 Mtr area will be the responsibility of the contractor (x) This is type \"A\" AMC i.e. \"ALL IN ALL\" . (XI) Quoted Rate should include repair and Maint before AMC (Pre AMC). (XII) complaints should be attended and rectified in 24 hr otherwise a penalty of rupees 5000.00 Rs per day will be recoverd from the contractor. (XIII)Leakage and seapage due to AC plant removal is sole responsibility of contractor. |
