No extra amount shall be paid separately on this account.(b) Installation shall be manned including Saturdays, Sunday & Holiday.(c)Proper log sheets to be maintained.(e)Carry out weekly maintenance of Lift panels installed in Lift Room and intimate Engr-in-charge immediately for any defects/breakdown/repair required. (f)Carry out checking of nuts bolts, replace when required, applying oil and greasing.(g)The contractor shall be responsible to keep the Lift cabin and installation neat and clean on every day.(h)All documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue.(j) If the operator are found absent from duty, penal recovery shall be made per shift per head are as follows :-(i)Operator- @ Rs 2000 per operation shift per head. |
