| 4 | M&L for raking of joint/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from EXPANSION JOINTS 20mm wide (+3 mm)and 40 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 20mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from DUMMY/Contraction JOINTS 10 mm wide (+ 3 mm)and 30 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rodof 10 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt, upto a average depth of 30 mm from CONSTRUCTION JOINTS of a average width 12 mm, (+ 3 mm) cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rodof 15 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 13 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed. |
