Tender For Special Repair To Road At Tpt Coy Under Ge 865 Ews; 1 Repair to pot holes not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm using bitumen grade VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm using bitumen grade VG-10, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and cippings) depth of potholes exceeding30mm, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Material & labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using (bitumen grade VG-10) over black bitumenous surfaces complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Material & labour for bituminus premix semi denseasphalticconcrete (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-10 by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: (i) Bituminous premix carpet will be laidby using hot mix plant and mechanical paver only.(ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE.(iii) The binder content specified is minimum. Financial effect of any plus variation in binder content during design mix at site shall be borne by contractor without any extra cost to the government. 5 Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions Model- DA 972 of DARK EYE or equivalent approved make as approved by GE 6 Supply & fix in repair road ultra mind convex mirror for road safety of size 1000mm dia fixed with stainless steel pole of size 75mm dia duly grouting in PCC 1:2:4 base of minimum height 1.75m complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make : Green lite / Dark Eye / Sinor. 7 Supply and fix in repair delineators fitted with two high quality 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 x 23mm fixed on both sides of guide post of powder coated steel pipe 1010mm high of weight approximately 1760 gms. Model No - DA-74 & Make - DARK EYE/GINNEBO/YASH 8 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Material & labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exc. 10 cm on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
