Dismantling & taking down unserviceable sealed unit compressor from existing 1.5 ton split air conditioner of any make and replace the same by original manufacture/ authorized dealer 1.5 ton capacity sealed unit including necessary brazing and cleaning work and charging of refrigerant gas including provision of new bushes, grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nut bolts, terminal covers & clips complete all as specified and directed with pressure testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of old split type Air Conditioner of 1.5 or 2 ton Capacity of any Make incl disconnecting and installation of new Split type Air conditioner of 1.5 or 2 ton capacity including filling of (FERON) Gas to compressor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
