Make: Surya, Bajaj, Orient. 2 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core. 3 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and geting out in soft disintegrated rock/ laterite rock Complete all as specified and directed. 4 Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling. watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata Complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point Complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply, laying, jointing of Double Walled Corrugated Pipe (DWC) as UG Cable Protection complete of Size 40 mm. complete all as specified and directed 7 Supply, jointing of Snap Fit Coupler for Double Walled Corrugated Pipe(DWC) as UG Cable Pratection complete of Size 40 mm. complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and Fixing PVC FRP junction box with coppper bus bar current carrying capacity 63 Amp along with 01 No MCB TPN of 20 Amp fixed on wall with clamp, nut & bolt connections 9 Supply and fix Nature time switch using infrared sensor technolgy based automatic street light control panel enclosed in SMC boxes with one No MCB SP 10/16 Amps, connector 4 way 16 Amps including fixing clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply fixing, testing & commissioning ofMCCB of 63 A 415V, 16KA, 4 Pole to the Existing LT panels/feeder pillar boxes ascomplete all as specified. 11 M&L MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, TPN 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified. 12 M&L MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, SPN 12 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified 13 M&L MCB TPN 40 A,415 Volt as in replacement complete all as specified. 14 Supply and fixing SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning. 15 S & F MCB SP C series 05 to 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA B curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and Labour for Sub main wiring using proper colour coding with two runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 volts, multistrandard copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm and one runs of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 2.5 sqmm multistrandard copper conductor cable 1100 volts as continuous earth drawn in and including PVC conduit medium grade and accessories of suitable size complete for sub main wiring concealed in walls/roof Complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Two runs of main cable, One run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of medium grade rigid non metallic PVC conduit will be measured as one unit for payment purpose. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads. 17 Material and Labour for Sub main wiring using proper colour coding with three runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 volts, multistrandard copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm and one runs of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 6.0 sqmm multistrandard copper conductor cable 1100 volts as continuous earth drawn in and including PVC conduit medium grade and accessories of suitable size complete for sub main wiring concealed in walls/roof Complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) 4 runs of main cable, One run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of medium grade rigid non metallic casing/capping will be measured as one unit for payment purpose. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.
