| 1 | M&L of following all as specified and as directed:(a) Preparation of existing concrete surfaces by Mechanical grinding to provide a clean and dry surface, free from laitance, oil and grease, curing compounds or other surface contaminants. All blowholes and other surface undulations shall be repaired using PU repair mortar system and all the damaged part of existing flooring system must be filled with PU based chemical as per specification..Note: Floor to be cleaned by using all mechanised equipment such as scrubbers sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners and moisture test machine etc., all as directed.(b) PU Flooring: M&L for providing and applying Cementitious polyurethane floor topping at thickness of 4 mm using three component product. | 2 | Item No 01 Continued....Topping applied at 3 mm thickness over a scratch coat with Cementitious polyurethane material of 1 mm to have smooth matt finish, including trating the edges of joint with appropriate profile for taking dynamic continuous wheel loads etc., complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ESD copper tape with 25 mm width and 80 micron thickness should be laid in an average of 4mx4m and carbon coating should be done as per manufacturer recommendation. The finished surface after curing shall be capable of the following: (i) Compressive Strength (ASTM C109) 28 days at 56 MPA,(ii) Tensile strength (BS6319-7) 10 MPA, (iii) Flexural strength (BS6319-3) 21 MPA, (iv) slip resistance (ASTM E303) Dry, S56/S96-22/32 (moderate slip risk), (v) Impact Resistance (ASTM D2794), (vi) 8.1 Joules, high resistance to damage. Ensure that the construction, control joint and other anchorage grooves of 8 mm x 8 mm are fully wetted out with material at the edges, day joints, up-stands, drain, doorways and at regular points across the floor and all debris removed, including surface preparation and colour as per user requirement. The application should be done through authorized applicator of approved manufacturer,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | M&L for 150mm width line marking using polyurethane based material of required colour of 90/100 microns thick according to the lay outand as per requirement all as per the manufacturer specification approved. The application should be done through authorised applicator of manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate/static discharge earthing (grounding) electrode of size nnot less than 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick burried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and including copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia @75mm C/C on both sides and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade with funnel complete with mesh, refilling with approved earthing material all as shown in Electrical Plate No 05 of SSR Part- I , Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc. (ii) copper earth strip, GI tubing light grade upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Beyond 7.5 m the copper earth strip & GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item of the schedule (iv) Quoted rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 1 ohm. (v) If the desired result is not obtained the earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost. |

| 6 | S&F Aircraft bonding pin and clamp with suitable grounding plug/clip cable assy of brass made, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Demolition and disposal of hardstanding of size 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.3 m for providing earth pit chamber at dispersal/ hanger area ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Material and labour for fixing Copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm with all connecting accessories on wall batten or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to poles or any other required at site for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screw including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Old test point terminal block shall be handed over to AGE E&M store. |
