95	Taking down defective electric motor, squirrel cage type of any make, from base plate after unscrewing nuts, bolts of foundation/ coupling, 3 phase, 415/440 volts, 50 Hz, AC ofcapacity 215 HP shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after un-screwing nuts, bolts/ screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufacturer\"s design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size upto terminal connection box, varnishing, drying up, re-assembling, refxing and re-installation at site complete and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) Required T & P such as chain pulley block and transportation shall be contractor\"s responsibility and quoted rate shall deemed to inculde the same(ii) Repair shall be done from any workshop within a radius of 20 Km from GE (U) Chandimandir.(iii) After assembling, rewinded motor shall be checked for no load current and full load current, testing on full load for 6 hrs.

119	Material and labour for Stripopening of open well type submersible motor of capacity 0.5 to 1 HP, 3 phase, taking out burnt winding carefully, cleaning of slots, rewinding with PVC insulated copper cable of appropriate size matching with manufacturer\"s design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying up as applicable, re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.
120	Disconnecting electric connection of VT pump set and removing the nut and bolts and keeping aside , removing the VT pump set by using chain pulley block wire rope, pipe holding flat iron clamps etc.
121	Disengaging/ Dismantling of discharge head by the help of special tool, removing of solenoids valve,and completesystem, removing of the column pipe, line shafts, rotor and pump set by the help of chain pulley block wire rope, pipe holding flat iron clamps.Taking out damaged shaft from the column pipe including transportation of oil tubes for removing of damage bush and other parts to wksp.Note:- Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after.
