| 2 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ground mounted on grid connected roof top solar power plant of capacity 40 KW, comprising of Design & provision of solar panel with anti glare coating with Si-Monocrystaline or its latest type PV Module, roof top structure power conditioning unit (Inverter Power evacuation equipment such as cable and Panels, Fire safety kit, earthing and lightening arrestors, all accessories etc. including all preliminery Charges such as Registration, meter testing inspection by CEA and all other charges as applicable for grid connection as per PGVCL and Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) guidliness including all electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant with fixed tilt type structure and including all type of necessary civil works comprising of following sub-components / sub-systems and with following specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- |
| 3 | (a) P V MODULES :-Solar Photovoltaic module of Silicon Mono crystaline /Mono Perk/ Mono Bifacial SPV cells having peak power rating from 335Wp to 540Wp as per site requirement for 40 KW.Make : GOLDI / ADANI /TATA BP/WAREE. |
| 4 | (b) MOUNTING STRUCTURE :- Hot dip galvanised MS /Aluminium mounting structure for mounting of modules / array / panels etc., such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation, mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed, fasting arrangements grouting, clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind complete all as specified. The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS, and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance with the MNRE guidelines. Structural material shall be corrosion resistent and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame. The nuts, bolts and fasteners used shall be of mild steel. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module.The base columns shall be made with reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) as per design based on site related data which shall be done by contractor at his own cost. The contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of all civil works required for mounting structure and its foundation etc. The cont with eligible solar power firm approved by both MNRE & GEDA. |
| 5 | (c) SOLAR GRID INVERTER : Supply, testing and installation of Solar Grid Connected Inverter of appropriate capacity to provide total capacity of 40 KW AC as per site requirement and designed capacity to give maximum yield for installed capacity for 40 KW plant, 415 V, 3 phase, AC operated complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Cahrge. Online inverter has should have a facility of online data loggers for monitoring of solar power generation and solar meters / bi-directional meters of suitable specification to be installed for complete/ utilization of solar power generated on grid with in the desired location only.MAKE:- ABB / SUNGROW / SIEMENS.NOTES:- The cost of online facility for data monitoring including modem data connection charges etc. in the defect liability period in included in the quoted rate. |
| 6 | (d) ACDB Panel 40 KW shall be provided for inter-connection of Solar Power Plant with existing DB at site. ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet with thickness not less than 2mm as approved by GE. it shall be of dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 65 protection with transparent covers. Make:- Schneider / Siemens / ABB /L&T as approved by GE. Each ACDB shall comprise of following:i) 3 Phase 4 wire Aluminium Bus Bars of 400 Amp ratingii) 3 Nos CTs 100/5 A, Class 0.5 S, 10 Ampiii) 2 Nos. 4 P, 200 Amp MCCB with AC Surge Protection Device on each Phaseiv) 2 A, TP MCB with fuses for Auxiliary Circuit. v) 250 Amp MCCB- as incomervi) Other Suitable capacity MCCBs / MCBs wherever applicable.(e) Array Junction Box:- Array Junction Box as per site requirement for 40 KW Inverter with fuse and SPD-02 No. AJB\"s shall be made of GRP / FRP with dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 65 protection with transparent covers & It shall have SPD and Reverse blocking diodes.Make:- MNRE / GOI approved.(f) AC Disconnect switch 40 KW-01 No. Make:- Schneider / Siemens / ABB /L&T |
| 7 | (g) DC CABLES - Solar DC Copper interconnecting cable between module to module of solar grade, XLPO UV resistant made of Multistrand Tinned Copper Coductor of size 1 Core 4 mm² as per site requirement.(h) AC CABLES -AC cable From Inverters to ACDB with Copper flexible cable 1.1 kv, of make (Havell\"s / Finolex or equivalent mentioned in Appendix \"B\") - as per site requirement. (j) Cable XLPE Aluminium armoured 1.1 kv 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm - 100 metre(k) MC4 Connector - 30 Nos. Make:- Multicontac / Lapp / Phoenix or equivalent as approved by GE.(l) RS 485 Communication cable - 100 RM.Make:- D-link / Advanced / Lapp / Helukable or equivalent as approved by GE(m) Installation kit and accessories (Cable trays, Lugs, Routing accessories, cables, conduits etc.) - 01 Lot(n)Copper PVC Flexible cable 1.1 KV 16 Sqmm , green earthing cable - 20 RM(o) Any other items of Civil / Electrical nature work required for the 40 KWp PV plant. |
| 8 | GENERAL NOTES : The items of Work mentioned in this Job shall be executed as per following :- 1. Entire work of solar power plant shall be got executed from firms who has GEDA registration and rating issued by ICRA / CRISIL / SMERA. The cost of applicable charges i.e., registration fees, DISCOM connectivity charges etc./ permission from GEDA etc. all as reqd deemed to included in rate in quoted rate. 2. Agency must be MNRE and GEDA approved channel partner for solar roof top projects and having minimum 5 years of experience in the field of execution of solar projets and operation and maintenance of solar plant.3. PCC foundation if reqd shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 4. MoU shall be submitted by contractor with eligible solar power firm approved by MNRE & GEDA. 5. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renewal / replacement of parts fittings / fixtures filling of Solar modules, inverter, mounting structure etc. during the defect liability period. Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and stationary shall be provided by the Contractor. Format of log sheet and maintenance records etc. shall be decided by GE / Engr-In-Charge. Solar Panel water servicing, panel Cleaning, Area cleaning surround the plant room etc. shall be the responsibility of contractor. 6. For full details of description of items, scope and specification contractor shall refer to Particular Specifications given in succeeding pages. Contractors are advised to read the description alongwith PS before quoting rate.7. After successful installation contractor should provide final drawing of electrical wiring, test certificates, warranty certificates, manuals to the Engr-in-Charge.8. A display board of size 4 ft x 3 ft made of MS 40mm x 40mm square pipe and flexes is to be supplied and errected at both the solar plant site showing information as directed by Engineer-in-Charge the rate of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
| 9 | Supply of 3 phase DLMS type integrated meter with inbuilt CT & GSM Modem energy meter having LCD display, 50 Hz ± 5%, Provision of sealing on mains cover and terminal cover, IP 51, tamper information, inbuilt battery back up to active its display in absence of power. Optical port for local communication, Optional RS232 port on RJ-11 for remote communication, in built memory for load survey data. | 10 | Material & Labour for bore Earthing, 150mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19mm dia - 01 No, 3 Metre long, Copper earth strip, excavation andearth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg) - 01 set., shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm.(ii) Copper earth stip of size 32 x 6 including installation 7.5 Mtr (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate.(iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the unit rate. |
| 11 | Supply & laying Copper strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc., for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Supply and laying Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables size 50mm outer dia laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 16 | Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 17 | Material & Labour for cutting existing road/hard standing not exceeding 45cm x 45cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:2:4; including removal of surplase soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
