Penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per 10 sm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and including cost and conveyance, Royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges of chips etc complete in all respect as per technical specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 2 Kg per 10 Sqm on the bituminous surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, place identification, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing as per Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.600 mm equilateral Triangle Sign Board. |
