Tender For Repair And Renovation Of Gms Hariganiwan.- 1 Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 meters lead: Thickness upto 40 mm 2 Providing and Laying of Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level 5 Providing and Applying of 15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 6 Providing and applying of 2mm thick white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 7 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 8 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 9 Providing and fixing of 35mm thick Imported KD Wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S pressed Butt Hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws other fittings/ fixtures, including cost of 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board both sides laminated for door shutters and glazing for window shutters complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer. 10 Providing and fixing decorative ply wood both side decorative veneer (type-I) conforming to IS: 1328(type 1), with necessary screws, for door shutters Decorative veneer facings of approved manufactures 11 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work 13 Providing and fixing of ISI marked Aluminium fittings of standard quality and make for doors and windows of following size including screws, nails etc complete. 14 Handles 150mm 15 Handles 100mm 16 Concealed Locks 200mm (Link lock type of approved brand and make.) 17 Tower Bolts 150mmx 10mm 18 Tower Bolts 100mmx 10mm 19 Lighting point (one lighting point includes wiring of lighting point in 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper wire,6 amp one way swittch6 amp S pole MCB,10 amp DP MCB,2 way DB MCB and hylem sheet with 16/15 Watt LED surface lights.including cost of channelsas per requirement.One point controlled by one 6 amp switch.( upto 10 meters)including Placing and fixing in position 25mm PVC Conduit pipes with necessary bends and other fittings in RCC Work including cost of service line. 20 Heating point (one heatting point includes wiring of lighting point in 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 4.00 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper wire,16 amp one way swittch,10 amp S pole MCB,2 way DB MCB and hylem sheet.including Placing and fixing in position deep junction of cast iron with network Conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC Work. 21 Providing and fixing one fan point includes wiring for lighting points in 1.5sqmm pvc insulated copper wire and 2.5sqmm pvc in multi -strant copper wire including 1200mm ceilling fan electronic fan dimmer.6Amp s pole MCB-10AMP DP MCB 2 Way DB for housing MCB or lightting circuits and hylem sheet.including Placing and fixing in position Fan clamp boxes with MS Fan clamps connected with network Conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC Work 22 Ornamental Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. 23 Providing and laying gang saw cut of specified thickness, mirror polished pre- moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. 18 mm thick 24 Providing and fixing of Heavy duty glass panes 3.5mm thick instead of ordinary glass panes 13.75kg/sqm in doors windows, and clerestory window shutters (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside shall be measured) incl cost of beading and nails complete. 25 Providing and fixing of 10mm thick ply wood in room ceiling including supporting structure 2x2 wooden joists and 50x 50mm wooden cornice at corners and where ever required, beadings nails and other fittings fixtures complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer. 26 Dismantling of demaged ply ceiling including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed by Engineer Incharge. 27 Providing and Fixing of Imported KD joists in rooms, chejja including necessary fittings/ fixtres carriages and costs complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer. 28 Providing and fitting of Colour GI sheets in Chejja and soffits of standard quality including cost of supporting structure nails etc complete including cost of supporting structure 2x2 of imported wood complete job. 29 Providing and fixing of Eaves boarding of colour GI sheets including cost of nails and washers all complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer. 30 Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 31 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).
