| 1 | Providing Artwork as per the concept provided in the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no. AT-6) of approx. size 48.0m x 5.0 m, depicting Battle of Haldighati over existing Wall/Plywood. Approximately 30% of the total area will feature low relief fresco work created with FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic), while the remaining 70% will be rendered finished with Acrylic/Oil paints of make Camel or equivalent over and above White Base Texture Paint of make Camel or equivalent. The balanced fusion is to provide rich texture, depth, and vibrant colours.The scope of work includes installation, necessary base preparation, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements for all heights, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The artwork will be permanent in nature and require minimal maintenance. The entire work shall be provided with required lighting as approved by EIC. |
| 2 | Providing artwork made with Sandstone work in Baggage Reclaim Area. The artwork shall feature sculptural elements of arches, brackets and mouldings as illustrated in the reference image (TS pg. no. AT-7 and AT-8) of approx. size 26.0m x 6.0m at left hand side wall & 10.3m x 6.0m at right hand side wall. Each inlay work shall be of approx. size 2.4m x 3.6m. The arches shall protrude out atleast by 200mm, Brackets by 300mm, Mouldings by 500mm from the Base horizon of the existingwall. The entire work shall be provided with diffused lighting as required.The scope of work includes supporting structural MS fabrication of approved make, transportation, on-site installation, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements for all heights as required, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The arches shall contain inlay paintings of \"Thikri\" glass mosaic work or any other indeginous Artwork of Mewar, Rajasthani fabric, or any other painting/sculpture as approved by EIC. |
| 3 | Providing artwork depicting Architecture of Mewar as indicated in the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no.AT-9) of approx. size 43.2m x 5.0 m, showcasing the iconic Forts, Palaces and Temples like City Palace Udaipur, Fort of Chittorgarh, Fort of Kumbalgarh, Ekling ji Temple, Mehrangarh fort, etc. as approved by EIC.The artwork shall contain at least 30% in fresco finished with acrylic/oil paint, over and above white texture paint. Remaining 70% artwork shall be made with acrylic/oil paint over and above white texture paint, all over existing Wall/ plyboard (All paint material shall be of Camel or equivalent) .The scope of work includes surface preparation, fabrication and secure mounting of the canvas panels, installation of the fresco relief, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements for all heights, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The artwork will be permanent in nature and require minimal maintenance. The entire work shall be provided with lig hting as required/approved by EIC. |
| 4 | Providing traditional Miniature paintings of Mewar region in the baggage reclaim hall at 03 carousals with 07 painting in each (each painting of size 0.8 x 1.1m) as indicated in the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no.AT-10). Paintings are to be made on canvas using premium archival grade canvas of high quality, lightfast paints of vibrant & long-lasting acrylic/oil paints of Camel or equivalent make. The entire painting will be executed by hand on canvas and then stretched/mounted on the structure/on BWP plyboard.The scope of work includes all materials including 12mm BWP plyboard of approved make, surface preparation, stretching or framing of the finished canvas, installation at site, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements if required, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The entire work shall be provided with proper lighting as required/approved by EIC. |
| 5 | Providing mixed media artwork at two locations - VIP room Arrival & Departure, each made of Sandstone, featuring sculptural elements and textured finishes to achieve a visually striking and durable installation, hand cut glass tiles (Thikri work), Brass Metal decorative Entry gate (Approx Size: 2.0 x 2.3m) including fittings and painting to achieve a rich, layered visual composition as illustrated in the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no. AT-11). The wall size at both Departure and Arrival is approx 10.5m x 4.5m.The sandstone material will be used for strength, light weight, and minimal maintenance, suitable for long term public display. The installation will include necessary MS fabrication work between the wall and the sandstone to provide structural support and proper alignment.The entire work shall be provided with diffused lighting as required and approved by EIC.The scope of work includes supporting structural MS fabrication of approved make, transportation, on-site installation, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements for all heights, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Providing Rajasthani rich textile heritage at 6 locations in the Mezzanine level corridor, as indicated in the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no.AT-12), each of approx. size 3.0 m x 3.0 m. The fabric shall be fixed with the floor mounted SS framework (Grade 304) of approved size & design with proper backing & covered with float glass of minimum thickness 6mm of approved make.SS framework to be coated with PVD coating of colour Brown/Bronze and the Artwork shall be provided with Integrated lightsas per the satisfaction of EIC.Create a curated display of these replica textiles and garments, arranged in visually appealing bunches inside openable transparent glass cases with stainless steel frames. Each element will be crafted to reflect the authentic look of Rajasthan’s cultural fabrics while ensuring durability and easy maintenance.The scope of work includes fabrication of the SS-framed glass enclosures, preparation and secure mounting of all replica pieces, precise measurement, and final finishing, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

AT-13). Paintings to be made on canvas using premium archival grade canvas of high quality, lightfast paints of vibrant & long-lasting acrylic/oil paints of Camel or equivalent make. The entire painting will be executed by hand on canvas and then stretched/mounted on the structure/12mm BWP plyboard.The scope of work includes all materials including plyboard of approved make, surface preparation, stretching or framing of the finished canvas, installation at site, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements if required, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The entire work shall be provided with diffused lighting as required by EIC. |
| 8 | Providing Phad painting at two locations, each of approx. size 31.0 m x 4.5 m, as per the reference image (TS Doc. pg. no.AT-14,15), on premium archival canvas of high quality with lightfast paints to ensure vibrant colours & long-lasting durability. Longlasting paint made of acrylic/oil of make Camel or equivalent. The entire painting will be then stretch mounted on the 12mm BWP plyboard fixed on the existing wall with necessary framework. The scope of work includes all materials including plyboardof approved make, surface preparation, stretching or framing of the finished canvas, installation at site, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements if required, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The entire work shall be provided with Integrated lighting as required by EIC. |
| 9 | Providing 06 no. Kishangarh paintings (Each of size 3.0 m x 2.0) m as per reference image (TS Doc. pg. no. AT-16). Paintings to be made on canvas using premium archival grade canvas of high quality, lightfast paints of vibrant & long-lasting acrylic/oil paints of Camel or equivalent make. The entire painting will be executed by hand on canvas and then stretched/mounted on BWP plyboard with necessary framework and Integrated Lights to be provided. The paintings are to be provided with polish finished wooden frame of size 100mm as per the satisfaction of EIC.The scope of work includes all materials including 12mm BWP plyboard of approved make, surface preparation, stretching or framing of the finished canvas, installation at site, scaffolding/cradle/boom-lift arrangements if required, and application of a protective PU coating, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The entire work shall be provided with Integrated lighting as required by EIC. |
| 10 | Provision of services provided by specialist - Technician / Egineers for repairing / servicing of water supply pump sets of capacity upto 7.5 HP (D.P. Holland - Make) installed in pump room. The job includes dismantling of existing pump-set and re-assembling the same after repairing of the impaler, diffuser, o-ring, bushes i/c mechanical seal etc complete as required, T & P also to be provided by the agency to repair the same as per site condition for complete the job as per satisfaction of E.I.C. for the pump sets as and when required. (Spares - wil be provided by AAI). |
