(Supply only of water proofing compound/admixture shall be measured and paid separately). |
| 16 | M&L for water proofing treatment with 4mm thick APP modified membrane weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 Gram/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N, laid after applying a coat of Bitumen Emulsion, Primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm over the thoroughly cleaned surfaces to be water proofed.Membrane shall then be laid with 10Cm side overlaps and 15Cm end laps completely thermo fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer\"s instructions.Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkles while sticking the membrane on the bitumen surface.A coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 shall be applied on top of the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.The water proofing membrane shall be extended upto a height of minimum 30 cm on wall and inserted bycutting groove and filling with bitumen complete all as specified and as directed. |
