| 5 | (d) Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease.Remove all existing bitumen coatings completely by using intense wire brushing, high speed water jet & vacuum cleaner for thorough cleaning of the surface to avoid ‘Peeling off’ problems. |
| 6 | (e) All cracks at corner joints, channels and parapets should be properly treated.For filling cracks upto 3mm crack seal material of M/s Asian paints or equivalent inM/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical to be used. Bigger cracks, damagedportions & hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortar. |
