| 11 | Use and waste formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similarwork exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed. |

| 18 | Earthing of machinery/equipment Installed at power house/substation, using copper plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm ,as earth electrode burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level using 25 x 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead connected to earth electrode by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet, passing through protection pipe of 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate Nos 3 of SSR Part-I, and connected to earthing test point complete inclduing testing filling of adquate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt inclduing refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs apart and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber precast RCC cover 40mm thick rienforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 20 mm dia MS base water pipe with wire mesh, funnel etc and connecting testing etc complete all as directed by EIC.Note: The earth resistance value less than 5 ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost. |
| 19 | M & L for construction of platform for AMF panel for 100 KVA DG setwith PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, cemented block/brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B\", old sizebricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30cmaboveand 15 Cm below the groundlevel. |
| 20 | Shifting of 100 KVA DG set from existing flat deck to PCC platform by disconnecting/unbolting its existing nut bolts/ fastners with flatdeck incluging cutting the rusted/jammed bolts. Lifting/transporting safely though hydra of sufficient capacityand unloading etc. Note- The cost of the transporting veh, crane etc. is deemed to be included in unit rate.Note :- Servecible DG to be provided by user. After all LT cable connections testing for load on DG & serveciblity for all electric outgoing supply will be responsibility of user. |
