| 1 | Manning and operation of water supply pumps, Pumpsets of capacity(Centrifugal Pumpset -40 HP-02 Nos, Discharge55cum/hr & Head at 80 mtr) SCADA system , UV disinfection Plant , Battery Bank terminal cleaning and routine checkup of battery healthat UC-1 Pump Housebuilding at NAOBRambilli premises by one FGM(Skilled) & one helper(Un-Skilled) includingminor repair work to be carried out in pump set,valves & Motors starters by FGM per 8 hours shift.(1)Pumping of fresh water to be feed as per schedule timing, maintaining of quality of potable water discharge as per standard norms including dosing of chemicals as specified by Engr-In-Charge.(2)Operation of valves of Ring -01 for filling of sump of UC-01 &supply of water to connected watchtowersand Supply of water to UC-01 hilltop pump house and other conneted area as per requirement/ Sch timing as decided by Engr-In-Charge.(3)Cleaning of both UC-1Pump House & UC-1Substation & surrounding areasNote:- Nos. of Person required :- 02 persons (01 FGM (Skilled) + 01 Helper 3 shift per day:Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 HelperIInd shift(1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 HeplperIIIrd shift(2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper |
| 2 | Note for Sl No.1 to 5 :- The rate shall be quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the fwg:- (i) Visual Checking:(a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of eqpts to be informed to JE E/M otherwise EIC.(ii) Monitoring of Eqpts:(a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log for pumpsets shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on.(b) Maintaining duty log sheet & Preventive mainatenance of pump set.(c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc.(d) Starter & Pumpsets shall be properly cleaned. (e) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approve prior approval of Engr-in-Charge). (f) One mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for commnication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by the FGM given by the concerned contractor.(h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for operation of valves at different locations. |

(k) Helper in additional to pump-house,shall assist elctrician of substation in operation & upkeep UCs.Note:-It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to minimum Wages as per GOIChief labour commissioner (C)New Delhi latest letter , EPF@ 12% of labour rate, Bonus @ 8.33 % , ESIC @ 3.25 % , GST @ 18% taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the contractor and his quoted rates shall be deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quotated their rates below minimum wages with EPF, ESIC , Bonus with applicable GST, such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and shall be considered non-bonafied and rejected during financial evaluation.(l)The contractor shall provide Bio-metric attendance machine for attendance of labours / staffs. The payment will be made on Biometric attendance report .(j) Necessary tools/Shoes/Raincoat required for operation of valves & Pumpset shall be provided the concerned contractor to FGM and helper.
