Expression Of Interest (Eoi) From The Interested Experienced And Qualified Vendors For “Operation Of Cafeteria Services At Digital University Kerala (Duk)”. prepare and provide Tea, Snacks and other Food products in the Cafeteria including Saturdays for minimum hours decided by the University.  To provide good quality food, food products and services in prompt and efficient manner.  To supply Tea/Snacks etc. on order basis for various programmes/events of the University as and when required.  To ensure cleanliness of the Cafeteria and its premises.  Vendor has to bring own cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, commercial gas cylinder, stove, refrigerator etc. as may be considered necessary for running and maintaining the Cafeteria.
