Tender For Landscape Development Including Softscape And Hardscape Near The Security Control Room (Academic Area), Along With Park Development Near Vaishali Reservoir (West Campus) At Iit Delhi.Sub-Head:- Horticulture & Civil Work; 1 CIVIL WORK 2 1) EARTH WORK 3 (1.1) Earth work in surface excavationnot exceeding 30 cm in depthbut exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lif upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: 4 (1.1.1) All kinds of soil 5 (1.2) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lif. 6 (2) CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) 7 (2.1) Providingandlayinginpositioncementconcreteof specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 8 (2.1.1) 1:4:8 (1Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 STONE WORK 10 (3) Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11 (3.1) Polished Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent 12 N.D.S.R 13 (4) FLOORING 14 (4.1) Providing and laying Sand blasted Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : 15 (4.1.1) Sand blasted Granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. 16 HORTICULTURE WORK 17 (5.1) Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out & disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil 18 (5.2) Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 19 (5.2.1) Holes 1.2 m dia and 1.2 m deep 20 (5.2.2) Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep. 21 (5.3) Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately). 22 (5.4) Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 23 (5.5) Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment). 24 (5.6) Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 25 (5.7) Fine dressing of the ground. 26 (5.8) Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots, lush green including loading, unloading,carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of the officer-incharge. 27 (5.9) Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth,if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately). 28 (5.9.1) With grass Turf 29 (5.10) Providing & fixing White River (Stone) Pebbles size of 2 to 2.5 dia (5 cm to 6.25 cm), in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage etc. and as per direction of officer-in-charge. 30 (5.11) Ficus reginold Topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 6 to 7 big ball specific size 210 cm to 240 cm ht plant in 45 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot. 31 (5.12) Bismarckia Palm 115 cm to 180 cm ht. plant, well developed 12 and above good color fresh and healthy leaves in 40 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot. 32 (5.13) Ficus panda plant of height 90-105 cm multi branches, well developed in poly bag of size 25 cm. 33 (5.14) Bougainvillea named variety, Sobhra, Thima, Marry palmar, Cherry Blossom etc. well developed with fresh & healthy bushy plant in full bloom 75 cm to 90 cm ht. plant in 40 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot. 34 (5.15) Malpighia plants of ball shape of 60 cm to 75 cm ht. with 190 cm to 210 cm circumference in middle, supported by GI wire frame, having 5-6 plants with fresh & healthy foliage in 35 cm Cement pot/Plastic Pot 35 (5.16) Malpighia plants of conical shape of 160 cm to 180 cm ht. with 140 cm to 150 cm circumference in bottom, supported by GI wire frame, having 5-6 plants with fresh & healthy foliage in 40 cm Cement pot/Plastic Pot. 36 (5.17) Bamboo Buddha valley variety with umbrella shape plant having 120 cm to 135 cm ht. plant with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in 40 cm Cement pot/ Plastic pot.
