Tender For B/R And E/M Maintenance Works At Afs Pukpui, Lunglei Under Age (I) (Af) Kumbhirgram; 1 Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed 3 Material and labours for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl. necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% wt of cement on fair faces of brick work completeallas specified and directed.(Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) 5 Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 2003. MAKE : SIKA/ ACCOPROOF/ CICCO NO-1 6 Material and labour for newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour for preparation ofold decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed. 8 Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat over primer on wall surface all as specified and directed. (Note :- Weather coat shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge) 9 Material and labour for preparation of old woodensurfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and directed. 10 All as per item No.9.00 here-in-before, but on steel surfaces. 11 Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and fix 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply and fix 35 mm thick II class HW Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered orrounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.;
