A). Koha server Backup and complete configuration. B). D-Space Server configuration and restoration. C). ITSM Tool Backup and configuration. 4). IUMS (University management Software Backup and configuration. (ii) 15 Man days training of setup, 3 Year NBD Support 1 Job
