Tender For Special Repair To Security Lights In Admin Area At Dappar Under Age I Dappar; 1 Taking out old unsv LT cable/conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Dismantling and taking out steel poles/struts/PCC poles of any size incuding demolition of PCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 Supply, laying, connecting and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty underground cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire 16 sq mm 4 core normal cross sectional area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : All minor spares such as cable gland, aluminium lugs etc & minor jobs such as cutting, welding etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 4 All as per item No 3 here in before but of cable size 4 core 25 sqmm. 5 Supply and fixing decorative street lighting antique style pole 7.0 metre high, fabricated from MS pipe and cast iron casting, hot dip galvanised and powder coated black, with single curved decorative arm bracket,with integral camouflaged junction box for incorporatingconnection with new/ existing cable as required at site ,control gears with flush door with necessary locking arrangements,complete with lantern type metal sheet housing with sealed clear acrylic cover Decorative Street Light LED fitting of 80 watt( having dimensions as length not less than 516+- 5mm and width not less th +- 5mmMinimumIP 65 with integrated constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range 120V -280V with SMPS based constant current supply,lower THD , Open circuit protection,over current protection,surge voltage protection > 4kV having SMD LED array technology having> 50000 burning hours,3000K (warm white),CRI>70) , including excavation and concrete foundation with foundation bolts, testing and commissioning, all as per instructions and technical specifications of OEM and to the complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply and fixing in replacement of classic look metal sheet housing with sealed clear acrylic cover Decorative Street Light LED fitting of 80 watt having dimensions as length not less than 516+- 5mm and width not less th +- 5mm IP 66with integrated constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range 120V -280Vwith APFC (SMPS based constant current supply),lower THD , Open circuit protection,over current protection,surge voltage protection > 4kV having SMD LED array technology having> 50000 burning hours,3000K (warm white),CRI>70 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and fixing weather proof PVC insulated Copper conductor 1.5 sqmm 3 core, Round cable for connection from looping box to street light fitting in side the existing pole or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mdepth for lfondations of poles, struts,laying of cable andGI pipesand getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Returning, filling in trenches including , leveling water and all raming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed byEngineer-in-Charge. . 11 Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes. 12 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV,type 1 flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Material and labour for earthingwith galvanised iron earth plate of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m below normal ground level,earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal mixed with salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness connected by galvanised iron earth earth strip 32x6mm soldered & riveted toearth plate, galvanised iron earth strip will be provided by using 50mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body and neutralor test point of transformer, including flat iron clamp 25x4mm including bolts, nuts and washers complete including watering galvanised iron pipe 20 mm dia Light grade 2.5mm long the earthing includes PCC pit including necessary earth works and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50m, chamber of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rein forced with 8mm dia @ 15cm c/c complete all as shown on sketch No 3 of SSR-I of 2009 and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: - (a). Cost of cutting out of trench for accomodating the machine and making good to the surface after completion of the job are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (b). Contractor has to rectify any damage to cables, pipes or other govt. property free of cost to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (c). Any extra excavation or the any other connected jobs required other than as mentioned in the scope of work will be measured and paid under the relevant items of this schedule.
