Note : (a) The firm doing the servicing work must provide detailed report on their letter head and must be as authorised firm to carryout work of such nature with minimum 5+ years of experience in the field. Certificate w.r.t carried out in other stations to be furnished by the work executing agency.(b) On receipt of request for service/calibration of equipments, the contractor must be able to start the work within one week, failure to this will impose a penality of Rs. 1000/- per day to the contractor. |

Cost of boots deemed to be included in the quoted prices to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for BOQ item No. 11.00 to 14.00 :(i) Taking down of old defective spare parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates and Supply and fixing of of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) Parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer as existing at site.(iii) Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iv) Servicing of complete parts shall be carried out through OEM/authorized rep of OEM.(v) A Board of Officers shall be appointed by the Accepting Officer for ascertaining the repair work required in E&M installations and all inventory shall be prepared in presence ofEngineer-in-Charge and Contractor. |
