| 1 | Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning in replacement ofHT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed), ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendments upto date, size of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed. Notes :(i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Jun 2025. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii)Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measuredand paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. (v) Cable shall be tested in the presence of Representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises prior to despatch as and when requested by contractor through GE. |

| 4 | Material and labour for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1, using20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified &directed. |
| 5 | Material and labour for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2, using40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed. |

| 7 | Material and labour for double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe outer dia 125mm as per IS 14930(part-2):2001 with end cap laid as in trenches / under road / under floor or fixed to wall / pole with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made out of 40mm x 3mm size flat iron including nuts, bolts & washers for cable protectioncomplete all as specified & directed. |
| 8 | Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth; for foundation, laying pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed. |
| 9 | Removal of excavatedsurplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed. |

| 12 | Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point& earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore medium grade 1.5 mtr long & protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/loose type of soil and refilling, pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates) and pit cover slab 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways including necessary form work, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified & directed. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300mm X 300mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portionin concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of white & blue colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed..Note:-Excavation, earth workandPCCshall be measured & paid separately. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing switch air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, outdoor type, mounted on 09 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore heavy grade GI pipe, worked from ground level with & including locking arrangement & minumum 02 Nos. eye hook, 400 Amps current rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connectionsto make it functional after testing complete all as specified & directed. |
