| 1 | Taking down carefully aluminium battenpoint, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i)Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii)Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii)Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. |
