Tender For Special Repair To Road At Certain Locations At Borarupak-Ii Mil Stn; 1 M & L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Labour for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Materials obtained from BOQ Item No 5 herein after shall be resused. 3 Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified anddirected 4 S & F road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80 cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundations and filling with M-15 type B-1 20 mm aggregates, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in areaexceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M & laying Polythene film, 125 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed 7 M&L, Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 20 cm complete all as specifiedand directed. 8 M&L, forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specifiedand directed. 9 M&L, forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound Grade À, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L, Moorum/red bajri filling in berm or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
