Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Dg Sets And Servo Voltage Stablizers At Khundru Khanabal Khunmoh And Khrew Under Ge 861 Ews.; 1 Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaningthe tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaningthe sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level & draining out of coolant from radiator, cleaning the radiator thoroughly and refilling the radiator with new coolant to it is required level. (d) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (e) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil.(Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates) (f) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value etc. (g) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of shaft pedestal.(ii) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any.(Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Brake adjustment (c) Checking of main bearings of the Rope Drum including greasing the same(d) Checking grease of Geared couplings and nut tightening. (e) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil.(Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (f) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (g) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing the rope. (h) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (j) Checking of Bearing of the Hook and greasing the same.(iii) ELECTRICAL PANEL (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections.(c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections.(d) Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. 240 Supply only Gear oil 20W 90 OMD for topping up/ replacing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Gulf / Shell / Castrol. 241 Supply only all purpose Grease for lubricationcomplete all as specified and directed. Make:- Castrol/Servo/Shell. 242 Supply, laying/hanging, connecting PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable, FRLS grade, unarmoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 16 core 1100 Volts grade including SS gland etc for controlling crane motion complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex/RPG/RR Kabel/ Grandlay. 243 Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof limit switch for LT/CT motion suitable for 2Ton capacity EOT crane complete all as specified and directed. It shall be supplied housed in a protective leather cover), indicators, battery charger and other connected accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 248 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in repairs Electron indoor/out doorTemperature sensor with suitable flame proof cable minimum 10 m length and measuring range -20 to 50 degree celsius and other connected accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 249 Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly inground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm means of bolts, nuts check nut & washers of galvanised iron or steel & connected to main switch including complete excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 meters, PCC Chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 precast RCC cover with frame, funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron or steel pipe for water, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including welding with suitable electrode andtesting complete all as directed.
