The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 5 Providing and sealing all pipe insertions in wall and floor with epoxy mortar by making covong arround pipe.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 6 Horizontal & Protection & Slope : layingslope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30 mm avg. thick M20 grade screed for floors, including admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturers specifications(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 7 Vertical wall & Protection : Providing and applying 20-25 mm thick with CM 1:4for wallplasteringadmixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturers specifications (Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent). 8 Anti Bactirial Protective Coat for Potable Water tank - over plastered surface : Supplying and applyingtwo coats of SmartCare Epoxy TriBlock to pre-dampened plastered surface @ 2.60 sqm/kg. Coating shall be certified by CFTRI as per 21CFR-175-300 of USFDA, with adhession strength 3 MPa as per ASTM D 4541:02. The coating shall be able to withstand positive hydrostatic pressure of 4 bars as per DIN 1048.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 9 Removal of damaged Concrete-surface Preparation: Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damaged concrete from all structural members up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge including replace the damaged reinforcement by welding as per existing dia of bar and removal and disposal of debris at plant area including labour, tools, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engg.in charge. Depth of chipping may vary from 20 to 100 mm.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 10 Rust Treatment of exposed rebars using APCOREP RUSTREM : Providing & applying Alkaline Rust converting primer APCOREP RUSTREM in two coats conforming to IS-13515 to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust and shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5 % NaCl as per ASTM G 31.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 11 Corrosion protection of exposed rebars using APCOREP RUSTCOAT RB : Providing and applying anti-corrosive coating APCOREP RUSTCOAT RB (CSIR/CBRI know how) in 2 coats with time interval of minimum 12 hours.The coating shall have same coefficient of thermal expansion as that of concrete with bond strength of more than 2.5 MPa both with steel and concrete.This coating shall be applied over APCOREP RUSTREM coated rebars(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 12 Corrosion protection of unexposed rebars using APCOREP CPCI Coating on concrete : Providing and applyingconcrete penetrating, migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor APCOREP CONPROTECK CPCI by brush/spray with dosage of 4Sqm/ ltr, over the entire chipped off / exposed concrete area including material, equipment, labour etc. complete in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of APCOREP CONPROTECK CPCI shall shift corrosion potential by minimum 100 mV wrt control and shall reduce corrosion current by 60% wrt control by accelerated corrosion test (Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 13 Providing & applying a bond coat of Epoxy Bonding Agent based chemical on the entire surface before the application of Apcorep RM - Polymer modified mortar when the the bonding surface is tacky.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 14 Application of Polymer modified mortar/Smart Care Repair mortar - Providing and applying single component, dual shrinkage compensated, high strength , fibre reinforced thixotropiccementitious patch repair mortar that achieves compressive strength minimum of 15 MPa at 1 Day and 45 Mpa at 28 days and capable of applying upto 50 mm thick in single layer such as APCOREP Repair mortar of Asian Paints or equivalent, to the prepared concrete area for thickness up to 50 mm, after applying cement based bonding coat as per detail specification , befored the epoxy bonding agent becomes tack free initially by hand and finally finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface where the thickness of application is less than 50 mm in patches as per specification . Item rate is inclusive of all material labour tool , plant , machineries curing etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge . Payment to be made in sq. meter for thickness up to 50 mm of PMM for patch area repaired.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 15 Polymer modifiedHi- Flow Smartcare Microconcrete (For repair thickness more than 50 mm & Up to 70 mm):- Providing and laying special repair material micro-concrete for reinstatement of members having thickness of repair more than 50 mm and jacketing using single component, high strength, high flow cementitious microconcrete having compressive strength minimum of M40 at 28 days such as smartcare Microconcrete LH, blended with washed SSD , graded low absorption high density aggregate of size 3mm to 10 mm at 50 % by weight of microconcrete (if thickness is 100 mm or more) and water as per data sheet and pouring into the shuttering if required than birds peak type form work using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of microconcrete. The side shuttering can be removed after minimum of 24 Hours, preferably 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate at all heights, including all material, labour, tools, plants and machineries, curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge (Payment shall be made in square meter for thickness up to 100 mm of microconcrete of area repaired including shuttering). 16 Material and labor for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism)having RPM not less than 1500, sandingpad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9to make thesurface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of external wall/chajjas to be done with repair mortar to get even surfaces incl preparation of old sufaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by berger bison putty/crack filler of approved brand and make good smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coat of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, Excellent dirt pick up resistance of Berger paint Ltd or equivalent of other approved make low VOC less than 50gm/ltr as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal Properties in two coats @ 1.79 Ltr(Undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over one coat of acrylic waterbased exterior grade primer @ 0.90ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio as per manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machineof paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minutehaving a pressureof3300PSI all as specified and directed.Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in subsequent of paints and incl necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Product make : Berger/Asian/Dr Fixit/Sika/Fosroc or equivalent) 17 M&L for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint, all as directed.
