Providing and applying Asian Paints Apcorep Food Grade Epoxy application, Seal all the cracks, joints etc with Crack seal Mix Apcorep Food Grade Epoxy Base And Curing Agent in equal proportions by volume for 5 minutes. keep it as it is in the container for 10 minutes before applying. 2. Apply minimum two coats of Apcorep Food Grade Epoxy on the surfac keeping minimum 24 hours time interval between them 2 M & L for PU Injection Groutfor leakage, the seepage points to be drilled to a depth of nearly half the thickness of wall, fix a PVC nozzle at 45 degree angle with 18mm Dia holes at all the junctions for every 1.2m c/c for minimum depth of 75mm/ Inject the holes using 120-psi pressure grouting pump with PU injection grout materia Pressure grout with FOSROC Nitofill WS 60 (PU foam ) to arrest the leakages and permanently seal.
