| 1 | M&L for repairs to walls of Underground Sump/ water tank of any depth of max 4mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1. Surface preparation: Empty the water from any type (mud, dirt, soil etc) from the existing SWT followed with mechanical process as per site requirement and taking down the old plasters to expose the bare concrete, incl including removing of debris out of MD land upto requisite distance as directed by GE/EIC. Forming V grooves in the wall n.exc 10mm deep and wide and the damaged concrete to be repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with SBR Latex, filling all cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex. Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder including complete taking down of old existing plaster / treatment. |

Grouting Pipe inserts: Wrapping all pipes inserts with a two way adhesion tape of make Dr. Fixit Bathseal tape and grouting the gaps space with non- shrink grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M or PMM prepared by polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement.3. Injection Treatment: Providing and fixing PVC grouting nozzles of 130mm length & 10mm outer dia, with a stopper at the outer end, shall be fixed on the concrete surface @ 1m C/C or at the particular location of water leakage, by drilling a hole of same dia and inserting up to a depth of 80mm. Cement paste mixed with Dr. Fixit Instant leak Plug shall be used to fix and seal the sides of the nozzle.The Grout shall be prepared with mix of cement & Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM expansive grouting additive in W/C ratio not morethan 0.45. The grouting shall be done under pressure of 3 kg / cm2 using grouting pump. |
| 3 | 4.Angel Fillet: All the old/broken joints needs to be removed and provided with 50 mm X 50 mm angle fillets on the vertical up- stands, parapet wall junction corners, service units and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. 5.Waterproof Coating: Providing & Applying 2 coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 – 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers\" specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. All the honeycombed areas & construction joints shall be identified and injected with cement slurry admixed with expansive additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM @ 225gms / bag of cement. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand over the final coat when it is still wet on the vertical wall surface for creating a firm key for plastering to ensure complete waterproofing. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break > 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength > 1 N /mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength : 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390. |

Protection Plaster / Screed: Providing & laying 15-20 mm THK protective plaster / Screed of C:M in the ratio of 1:4 admixed with integral waterproof compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement, over the waterproofing membrane for vertical & horizontal protection.7.Hygiene coat: Anti-microbial Coating.:Providing & applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic – two component, water-based epoxy resin having anti-algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 4 sqm / Kg, as per manufacturer\"s specification. The coating shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02, all as per manufacturers\" specification, etc, complete. Note :- Complete treatment has to be done by Manufacturers applicator itself, Manufacturers applicator should be submitted before commencement of workand Guarantees Certificate for 5 years should be submitted of Manufacturer. |
