150mm thick Water bound macadam (compacted thickness) with stone aggregate (Kankerorlaterite) of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size)spreadrolledand consolidated to gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-10)atthe rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfacelaying bituminouspremix asphaltic semi dense concrete40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 %binder content of viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 40mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the bricks of Burnt clay brick, old size laid dry on end vertically including embedding bricks in the ground tempering ground around brickscomplete all as specified and as directed

Making lines dashes arrow letters using stencil like STOP, GO etc of any description not exc 15 cm width, girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic paint road making paint mixed with glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflective and night vision approximate temperature being 200 degree celcius at the time of laying including cleaning surface by removing all dirt, dust and all other forign matters demarcation at site and traffic control complete all as specified and as directed.
