thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with copper strip 20 x 3 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B using (20 mm graded stone aggregate ), mild steel frame made out angel iron of size 40 mm x 40mm x 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with two coats of synthetic enamel
